This compact, practice-oriented continuing education program is designed for healthcare and social care professionals who want to strengthen their teaching and mentoring skills. You will develop the competencies needed to provide structured, effective guidance to students, trainees, and new employees during clinical education and workplace orientation.

The completion of this continuing education program is considered equivalent to the advanced training in "Practice Education" according to § 64 of the Health and Nursing Care Act.
