This practice-oriented continuing education program is designed for healthcare and social care professionals who want to deepen and expand their educational and didactic competencies. The program enables participants not only to provide structured and effective guidance to learners in various education and training programs as well as new employees during clinical education and workplace orientation, but also to design and lead educational and didactic projects.

The curriculum focuses on designing learning processes that integrate theory and practice based on a sound understanding of education, professional practice, and competency development. Additional areas of focus include evidence-informed decision-making, diversity-sensitive learner support, team integration, legal and professional frameworks, digital learning and teaching approaches, and the development of collaborative partnerships between learning environments.

The completion of this continuing education program is considered equivalent to the advanced training in "Practice Education" according to § 64 of the Health and Nursing Care Act
