Companies are increasingly facing the problem of a worsening labor shortage. There are many reasons for this: in addition to the qualifications in demand and the requirements of the new job (keyword: work-life balance), the demographic situation has also changed. One strategy for countering the staff shortage is the recruitment and integration of international workers. This practice-oriented training course focuses on how this project can be implemented with long-term success.
Guenther Gnadenberger

Sustainable international recruitment of skilled workers succeeds when we understand values, people, and cultures and connect them in a targeted manner. The attractiveness of the workplace and quality of life are crucial for integration and long-term retention in an era of unrestricted global mobility and worldwide competition for skilled workers.

Guenther Gnadenberger, MSc MBA
