The new Certificate Program on Managing Conflict and Effective Dispute Resolution in Higher Education (starting in November 2025) is the first structured training programme on conflict management in Europe tailored specifically to the higher education context. It is designed for ombudspersons and professionals working in student services, diversity management, academic units, or governance - anyone tasked with supporting dialogue, complaints processes, or institutional integrity.
In this 1-hour online session, you will:
