About the person

Dr. Birgit Feldhusen held roles in the international consumer goods business and consulting for 15 years before she joined academia and science in 2010. In 2014, she received a Ph.D. from Vienna University of Economics and Business for research on Emergence of Collective Self-transcending Knowledge. In 2015, she founded ‚organizing future‘, an institute that in a variety of formats offers new perspectives for organizing and leading the future. Since 2018, she is program director at the Danube University Krems, Department for Management and Economics, where she develops the specialist field 'Future Organizations'.
