Description
The erection of buildings in most cases still is a handmade, prototype-like issue. In all other segments of producting economy developments of industrialization have taken place. Against this background, the study investigates both chances and risks pf step towards prefabrication and industrialization of the erection of buildings. Recent examples from USA, Japan, Scandiniva, Great Britain and Germany are evaluated.
