The subject of the framework agreement is the evaluation of health promotion and prevention projects in non-workplace settings throughout Germany (e.g. day-care centers, schools and municipalities). The projects to be evaluated in this context may have a different complexity of intervention and may combine behavioural and relational activities to varying degrees. In addition to topic- and target group-focused projects, holistic intervention approaches should be mentioned in which behaviour- and relationship-related activities are systematically related to each other, which address different target groups and topics and are partly implemented with the involvement of different life worlds.
