In a previous project, the Centre for Evaluation at the Department of Evidence-Based Medicine and Evaluation at the University of Continuing Education Krems (ZfE) developed an implementation plan for an impact-oriented evaluation & monitoring system (E&M system) at "Tut gut!". Within the framework of the current project, ZfE is supporting "Tut gut!" in the implementation of the E&M system in regular operation. The ZfE provides content-oriented technical and process consulting, which delivers problem analyses and solution proposals and, if necessary, trains the staff and teams involved. The ZfE contributes both technical knowledge (necessary activities, design of reliable and valid survey instruments, representative surveys, correct evaluation and reporting) and process knowledge (establishment of an evaluation culture). This project will be implemented with funds from the Lower Austrian Health and Social Fund (NÖGUS).
