Are you facing the challenge of leading your organization into the future? The Executive Impact certificate program offers experienced executives a learning community in which they determine focal points of future developments for their own organization and develop solutions for challenges in leadership and leadership systems. 

Within the framework of a 1-year Executive Peer Group, current topics such as complexity, digitalization, sustainability and potential-oriented learning are addressed at a high level and personal effectiveness is reflected and updated with regard to one's own leadership tasks.
