The pedagogical qualification of healthcare professionals in teaching roles plays a crucial role in ensuring that trainees have the necessary competencies to provide high-quality healthcare. The study of health education, particularly the field of Health Pedagogy, enables qualified health and nursing care professionals to engage in teaching activities at universities, universities of applied sciences, healthcare and nursing schools, as well as other training and education institutions in the healthcare sector. This continuing education program is accredited for the Senior Service for Health and Nursing Care as specialized training for teaching tasks according to § 65a of the Health and Nursing Care Act.
