Mind the future. Knowledge for organization & leadership of the future.

Models and tools of organization and leadership are children of their time. They are shaped by the challenges to which they must respond. The highly dynamic, complex environment of the future requires not only a change in behavior within the existing model of thinking, but a radical rethinking of what organizations are and how they can be led.

Change capability or agility, the often-cited core competence for dynamic environments, is a complex property of the entire organization. Agility is not just speed or creativity, but a comprehensive organizational mindset. It is the ability to constantly incorporate developments without losing sight of purpose and thus to act quickly and effectively.
The continuing education program "MBA - Specialization Agile Organizations & Collective Leadership" not only provides proven state-of-the-art tools for familiar challenges, but is also dedicated in depth to the demands that a volatile world will place on tomorrow's leaders. It offers students an in-depth understanding of the conscious and comprehensive design of the overall organizational thinking, communication and action space, the organizational 'Collective Mind'.
