The CAP4CITY project coordinated by UWK is unfortunately coming to an end this year, but we are happy to share one of the great outcomes of the project with you: Our MOOC on "Smart and Sustainable Cities: new ways of digitalisation & governance" starts on 31 August!
Would you like to be among the leaders who plan, design and run smart city initiatives? Join the international team of experts from around the world and project consortium representatives from 12 different universities and eight countries to explore the key governance challenges for smart and sustainable cities.
The course is a 6-week instructor-led MOOC that will review the existing governance challenges for Smart Sustainable Cities (SSC) and reflect and debate on how to set priorities for planning and managing these cities initiatives. It will also provide the students with tools for developing co-creation pathways and engaging stakeholders. The importance of data and technology in SSC will be explored alongside the conditions and risks associated to IT and data governance.
