On November 20, 2025, the Academic Graduation Ceremony was held at the Department of Dementia Research and Nursing Science. A total of 150 students successfully completed their continuing education programs. Forty-four graduates received their diplomas in person, accompanied by many family members and friends.
The ceremony began with the ceremonial entrance of the graduates into the Audimax. This was followed by a welcome address from Mag.a phil. Martina Kuttig, Deputy Head of the Department, who greeted the guests.
A special highlight was the keynote speech by Mag.a Elisabeth Sittner, which emphasized the importance of continuing education for the future of healthcare through inspiring insights and motivating reflections.
During the ceremony, each graduate announced the topic of their academic thesis before formally receiving their diploma. The entire event was accompanied musically by the ensemble That’s Jazz.
The celebration concluded with a festive reception in the Audimax foyer, allowing guests and graduates to mingle and celebrate together.
