As of September 1, 2025, the Freedom of Information Act (IFG) has entered into force. In line with the principle of transparency, public universities are also required to proactively publish information of general public interest.

In this context, reference is made to the Official Bulletin (Mitteilungsblatt) of the University for Continuing Education Krems, which, in accordance with § 20 (6) of the Universities Act (UG), provides access to key information (e.g. regulations, statutes, development plan, etc.), as well as to reports available on the university website (e.g. intellectual capital report, research report, balance of accounts, corporate governance report, gender equality report, etc.).

Requests for information may be addressed to ifg@donau-uni.ac.at. Information may be provided upon individual request, unless statutory grounds for confidentiality apply.
