Description
The 6streys high "Haus der Forschun" in Vienna's 9th district has been erected during 2004 - 2006 as being a visionary energy-efficient and highly comfortable office building. Comissioning phase plus the first two years of operation have been scientifically monitored by researchers from DBU. Doing so, a number of chances for improvements both in technical aspects and in facility management could be recognized and taken.
