Description

This project will focus on discrimination at the entry point into the labour market; a study will analyse experiences by migrants and practices and attitudes have an impact on recruitment processes in enterprises. At a symposium results will be shared with stakeholders, experiences exchanged between practitioners and strategies defined to overcome individual and institutional discrimination.
