Description
For future Buildings and future total Refurbishments it is decisive to anticipate the ecologic and economic consequences of planning alternatives. a combined Building life cycle model shall be developed which combines the standardised practice oriented life cycle cost model LEKOS of the Danube University developed in the FFG funded research project "Nachhaltig massiv" with the ecologic Valuation Tool Ecosoft developed by IBO, the austrian Institute for Building and Ecology. The economic and ecologic model have to be harmonised.
