Documentation system for health-promotion and preventive services in Lower Austria

Future students in the program "Academic regional health coordinator" will carry out health needs assessments and conceptualize health promotion and preventive projects from their findings. In order to avoid redundancy with existing offers and to be able to act purposefully in their communities, it is necessary to have an overview of the existing activities in their communities. Therefore, the goal of this project is to develop a consistent documentation system that categorically identifies all health promotion and preventive services in Lower Austria and is suitable for community use. This project is implemented in cooperation with the “Tut gut!” Gesundheitsvorsorge GmbH with funding from the Lower Austrian Health and Social Fund (NÖGUS).
