Description

The proposed project International Law and forced Migration studies will provide a solid legal, practical and theoretical understanding of International human rights and Refugee law and forced migration through the development of a MA in International Law and Forced Migration, generate qualified personnel and experts in order to enhance migration strategies in the region, enhance academic and policy exchange of information and analysis regarding Asian migration, promote academic discussion amongst MA academics and students as well as increasing visibility of Migration related research and education amongst representatives of diverse MA Programs, establish an Intercultural Forum for teachers and students participating in the project to get together in and discuss primary reasons motivating migration processes worldwide.
