Aim of the project is the cooperation and exchange of knowledge between of personnel developers in enterprises (and other organizations) and profeesional experts in Career guidance and counselling with respect to an effective development of career chances and oppotunities. So far such cooperation is rarely existing, but should be increased with view to the Benefits of employees, Enterprises, organizations and institutions of Career guidance and counselling. The following intelletual Outputs are to be reached (this marks also a Kind of pathway): Output 1 – Review of promising practice and actual needs based on literature, media and resources and in cooperation with regional clusters Output 2 – Guidelines for good practice (Target Group: HR specialists, trainers, counsellors) Output 3 – Development of a systematic curriculum, based on knowledge and competencies (Curriculum for different purpose) Output 4 – Course for Counsellors and Coaches adaptation of didactical framework Output 5 – Media centre and online learning environment: Complementary content, material and resources Output 6 – Web Portal for lecturers, students and career counsellors Output 7 – Piloting, evaluation and recommendations for long-term implementation of Higher Education Course
