In the face of social and economic transformation, the real estate market has undergone professionalization over the past few years. Real estate valuation advisors now need to fulfill more sophisticated requirements.
International investors have entered the stage, increasing the demand for valuation services according to international valuation methods. New value concepts and value definitions, along with new appraisal methods, are therefore playing an increasingly larger role in Austria, too.
The Center for Building and Facility Management responds to these trends by offering the university course „International Real Estate Valuation“ in close collaboration with Cushman & Wakefield, one of the world’s leading real estate service providers.
The part-time Master of Science in „International Real Estate Valuation“ program delivers in-depth theoretical and practical knowledge about real estate valuation across a broad spectrum of application areas and is unique in the German-speaking countries.
Architects, property developers, building contractors, lawyers, real estate developers, real estate managers, real estate agents, real estate operators responsible for federal, provincial and communal facilities, bank and insurance employees working in the field of mortgages and real estate equity, employees working in consultancy firms, employees of real estate funds, trusts and real estate companies, employees from appraisal agencies, planners, property assessors.
