In a constantly changing world of work, managers face new challenges every day. This Certificate Program supports managers in the further development of their leadership skills and the successful completion of their leadership tasks in a complex and dynamic environment. They learn through self- and group reflection processes to recognize their own leadership strengths and identify their development potential. They discuss current leadership topics and develop the understanding of how leadership relationships can be designed responsibly and meaningfully.
