The University for Continuing Education Krems is committed to the broad anchoring of equality and gender within the framework of fulfilling its social objectives. Related topics are included in the University's strategic papers, such as the development plan and performance agreement with the Ministry of Science, as well as the University's statutes.


The "Office for Equality, Gender and Diversity" is responsible for all the University’s staff, students, graduates and lecturers pertaining as central institution directly to the Rectorate. Its core goal is to strengthen the gender perspective in research, teaching and organization at University for Continuing Education Krems and, being available as the contact person for all topics plus concerns dealing with gender justice, gender equality and equal opportunities.
