Research areas
The research focus of the Center for Regenerative Medicine is the development of alternative therapies or the improvement of existing therapies for orthopedic musculoskeletal problems. Special attention is paid to the practicability in the clinic and various scientific questions in the areas of tissue engineering, biotribology and molecular biotechnology are dealt with.
