The Sustainability Office's task is to develop and implement the sustainability strategy of the University for Continuing Education Krems.

This includes monitoring environmental, social, and administrative issues and integrating sustainability practices into campus management. As an important part of the Sustainability Development Plan, the Sustainability Office works to steer the university in a sustainable direction, considering economic, environmental, and societal issues. To raise awareness for topics covering sustainability alongside the SDGs it organizes workshops and events.

• Campus greening
• GHG monitoring
• Environmentally friendly mobility management
• Development and participation of the University of Krems as a test case for sustainable mobility
• Events and meetings (Green Meetings)
