Sales window from September 22 to October 20, 2025
During the u:book promotion, several notebook models will be offered for sale in 3- to 4-week sales windows at the beginning of each semester.
It should be noted that the aim is not to offer the cheapest notebooks possible, but rather to focus on quality and investment protection, with particular emphasis on affordable prices. For example, almost all models come with a 3-year warranty as standard.
Orders can be placed by private individuals who are either employees or students of the participating universities or universities of applied sciences. The University for Continuing Education Krems has been participating since the 2011/12 winter semester. Orders cannot be placed for organizational units of the University for Continuing Education Krems (company devices)!
Students can register with u:book using their UWKonline access data, and employees can register using their UWK:account.
The IT Service Unit of the University for Continuing Education Krems CANNOT offer support for devices purchased as part of the u:book promotion. The respective dealers or manufacturers are the only points of contact for questions and problems.
