Description
A cost-intensive study is planned to detect the prevalence and comorbidity of somatoform disorder in Austrian general medical practice. The present feasibility study shall assess the usefulness and feasibility of such an epidemiological study, especially in regard to participation willingness of persons involved. In three general practitioners' practices all patients within two weeks get the offer to participate in the questionnaire survey. The goal is to reach at least 70 percent of patients.
