In the private sector context as well as in public administration, a strategy department is entrusted with various tasks. Pursuing a uniform strategy across all levels of an organisation requires the inclusion of all stakeholders and taking into account weighing and taking into consideration the interests of different organisational levels. This results in the classification of internal and external communication as a core competency and at the same time as a factor of success of a strategy department.The project's objective is to make the different activities of a strategy department in public administration measurable in a commonly understandable and traceable way through expressing the value in numbers and therefore visualize it. Regularly performed evaluations shall - based on the aforementioned measurement - contribute to the determination of the individual situation.
