At the cross-border expert and networking meeting held on 26 March 2026 at Mikulov Castle, experts from Austria and the Czech Republic came together within the framework of the Roman Trails project to strengthen connections, link perspectives, and exchange insights on current results, new trail ideas, and innovative approaches to communicating Roman heritage.
Networking for the Roman Heritage of the Weinviertel: As part of the Interreg project Roman Trails, stakeholders from Weinviertel municipalities, museums and the tourism sector gathered at the Museum Stillfried to strengthen regional connections and explore new, experience‑oriented approaches to heritage interpretation.
The Federal Ministry of Housing, Art, Culture, Media and Sport recognizes the SOS Heritage project as a best‑practice example of innovative, transnational cooperation in the cultural sector.
