Due to the amendment to the Universities Act 2024, there will be a change in the admission requirements for this degree program. For this reason, it will no longer be possible to be admitted to the current version of the curriculum from 1.10.2024. Admissions under the new requirements are expected to be possible from 1.3.2025.

In addition to state-of-the-art know how in selected topics of general management and the possibility to specialize in specific areas of expertise or selected industries or current topics, a main focus is in the field on the area of Personal Impact & Leadership, further education regarding the leadership personality of a leader with regard to new environments, different leadership levels and/or tasks within the didactical framework of executive peer group learning.
