                In addition to state-of-the-art know how in selected topics of general management and the possibility to specialize in specific areas of expertise or selected industries or current topics, a main focus is in the field on the area of Personal Impact & Leadership, further education regarding the leadership personality of a leader with regard to new environments, different leadership levels and/or tasks within the didactical framework of executive peer group learning.
 
                        Students develop the skills to deal with complexity and permanent dynamics in an innovative, effective, productive and sustainable way, guided by research and with a practical orientation.
