The Center of Applied Music Research at Danube University is thrilled to welcome our second-year Music Management MA students and our first-year Music for Applied Media MA participants back on campus!
Miguel Kertsman from the Center for Applied Music Research has conducted seminars at the Music Academy in Accumoli in August 2021 working with an international group of young musicians. Topics ranged from self management to communications skills and the workings of the music industry.

Hands-on lab experience in our Master of Arts program ‚Music for Applied Media The Master of Arts program Music for Applied Media starts in May 2021. We offer an advanced, part-time study program for composers, producers, sound and media artists, musicians and musicologists looking for careers in music supporting film, games, TV, and new linear or interactive media. Our flexible curriculum combines practical training with theoretical knowledge and aesthetics.

Report on Live-Streaming Event, 22 June 2020 On Monday, June 22, 2020 Danube University's Center for Applied Music Research hosted an online event where attendees were able to learn about the Center's latest Master of Arts offerings -- new MA Programs in Music Management and Music for Applied Media -- as well as having the opportunity to enjoy a lecture by Berlin based International Music and Culture Journalist, Rebecca Schmidt, PHD (New York Times, American Symphony Orchestra League, etc.) about the Classical Music landscape in 2020, especially in regards to the Covid-19 crisis and its massive impact across many industries.
