Registration
The conference-check-in will take place in the Audimax during the following hours:
- Monday, 17 March | 15:30-17:30
- Tuesday, 18 March, and Wednesday, 19 March | 8:30-15:30
There are no fees for participation in the conference. (The conference is free for presenters and open to the public.) Travel and accommodation costs must be covered by the participants.
The conference has a hybrid format. This includes online panels on 17 March 2025 and on-site panels on 18 and 19 March 2025. The on-site formats (on-site panels, opening keynotes, roundtables) will allow online participation via Zoom.
Registration is required for both on-site and online participation. Please select the appropriate type of attendance on the registration form at the link above.
Registration for the Reception (17 March 2025) and/or the City Tour (18 March 2025) is also required, please select the appropriate items if you wish to attend these events.
Participation as a journalist
You are a media representative, author, blogger,... and would like to report on the IMISCOE Spring Conference 2025? We appreciate your interest and will be happy to support you. In case of any questions, please contact us at imiscoe_spring25@donau-uni.ac.at .
We also request that you register as a conference participant and indicate when registering that you are a journalist and which medium (or media) you work for or in which form you are planning a publication.
