The Post Stroke Checklist (PSC) was developed by an international multi-disciplinary group of stroke experts convened to focus on the need for improved long-term stroke management across the continuum of care.
The aim of this project was to translate the PSC into German and subsequently carry out an external validation in a patient population at the LKH Tulln in Austria. Moreover, participating neurologists and health staff evaluated the usability of the PSC and patients were interviewed on the comprehensibility and meaningfulness of the checklists.
