A global leap in digitalization has been one of the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. But this impulse does not affect all countries equally. The Td-Lab for Sustainable Digital Environments at the Faculty of Business and Globalization as well as the Fletcher School at Tufts University enquired into the role of trust in digitalization. Lead researcher Prof Bhaskar Chakravorti, Dean of Global Business at Fletcher School at Tufts University and one of the world’s leading scholars on digitalization will present a keynote on this issue.
