Faculty of Economics and Globalization

The Faculty of Economics and Globalization offers academic continuing education in the following study areas: economics and business management; law and administration; migration and international affairs; media, communication and knowledge management.

In total over 120 university courses – including more than 80 Master‘s programs (MSc, M.A., MBA, EMBA, LL.M.) – a team of experienced teachers promotes methodological and scientific thinking as well as industryspecific
know-how; all based on a wide range of teaching and learning strategies. Science and practice are linked together, and networking among and with the students is encouraged.

The faculty additionally offers the PhD program „Migration Studies“, which was accredited by AQ Austria and has been fully integrated into research. Together with the Andrássy University Budapest, the doctoral program „ECOnet – Economic and Political Development in Rural Areas“ is also carried out.

The faculty will jointly coordinate with three European universities and other partners from research and practice to carry out the new Master's program "Transition, Innovation and Sustainability Environments" after a one-year preparatory phase starting in autumn 2020. The program is funded by the European Commission as part of the Erasmus Mundus Program.
