Joanna Höfinghoff, Research Manager and Project Coordinator in the Department of E-Governance and Administration, has been awarded the EARMA Emerging RMA Talent Award 2026. Presented by the European Association of Research Managers and Administrators (EARMA), Europe’s leading professional association for research management and administration, the award honours promising professionals who demonstrate exceptional achievements and potential in the field.
Recipients are selected through a competitive international evaluation process that assesses leadership potential, innovation, impact on research management practice, and commitment to professional development. The award was presented at the EARMA Annual Conference 2026 in Utrecht.
Joanna received the distinction in recognition of her contributions to knowledge management, process innovation, community building, and the professionalisation of research management across the European research management and administration (RMA) community.
