Pilates

Pilates is a full-body workout focusing on improving movement and balance of your body. This course will teach you body and mind exercises, which help correction of your posture and developing coordination of your body. Each exercise will help you to improve your core strength and flexibility with special Pilates breathing.

It is suited for all age groups.

Beginners are welcome!
