Information technology is increasingly a key driver of innovation, value creation and sustainable competitive advantage.
The Certificate Program in Strategic IT Management (SMIT) teaches participants to combine technological developments with entrepreneurial thinking. You will learn to analyze digital business models, strategically shape IT-driven changes, and successfully implement future-oriented IT initiatives.

Modules that have already been completed can be credited both academically and financially toward the continuing education program “MBA Specialist IT Management”.

  • Completed vocational training at least at NQF level IV, or 

  • Several years of relevant professional experience as well as 

  • Conversational English proficiency, demonstrated by a graduation certificate from a general or vocational secondary school, an equivalent education/training qualification, a language certificate (Level B2), or as part of an admissions interview.

Fördermöglichkeiten

  • Bildungskonto: waff Digi-Winner (mit 500 bis max. 5.000 €)
  • für Personen mit Wohnsitz Niederösterreich: NÖ Bildungsförderung (einkommensabhängig, bis zu  80% / max. € 2.500 der Kurskosten)
  • die Teilnahmegebühren sowie anfallende Lehrgangskosten sind zu ca. 40-50 % steuerlich absetzbar
  • Skills Scheck maximal 5.000 € bzw. maximal mit der Förderquote von 50%
