The tenderer will draft a study on the future of non-formal and informal learning: towards lifelong and life-wide learning ecosystems. The purpose of this prospective reflection is to investigate and develop a detailed, informed view on how developments in pedagogy, methods, technology and societal conditions, are likely to transform non-formal and informal learning and its role and validation in the lifelong and life-wide learning continuum within a medium-term perspective (2030). The reflection will take into account the policy goal of enabling all learners to acquire all key competences throughout their lives according to their individual needs.
