Project LIB(e)RO  was nominated for best practice award by the Multicultural Libraries Network of IFLA .  Mrs. Liebmann from our project partner, komm.bib, will represent Project LIB(e)RO in  Athens in August 2019 at the 85th World Library and Information Congress being the biggest conference in library and information science.

Another international dissemination of the project is scheduled for Hamburg. Final results of the Project LIB(e)RO will be presented  and discussed at the European Conference of Education Research (ECER) 2019 in September by Assistant Prof. Dr. Filiz Keser Aschenberger. This year’s conference theme is „Education in an Era of Risk – the Role of Educational Research for the Future“. The project will be shared among the multicultural learning environments network.

At the national level, Project LIB(e)RO was introduced to Czech Librarians who conducted a study visit to Austria which was organized by EPALE  in June 2019. Participants of the study visit not only learned about the project and its outcomes, but also gained an insight into thelibrary systems and activities of Austria’s libraries; they also visited some local libraries in Vienna and Lower Austria.
