Leadership for Digital Transformation

The new digital reality is changing our working world dramatically. New technologies enable new products, services, processes, organizational forms and markets. Incorporating information technology developments into management decisions has become essential to be successful.

The internationally oriented university course "Digital Corporate Governance" MBA enables graduates to develop solution approaches and recommendations for action in the digital transformation, taking into account global competitiveness.

The teaching is based, among other things, on learning materials and business cases from the MOC Affiliate Network of Professor Dr. Michael Porter's Institute for Strategy and Competitiveness at Harvard Business School. The language of instruction is German and English.
