MBA with Specialization
Today, the general conditions and competitive situations of companies are changing rapidly. Managers and entrepreneurs are faced with the challenge of constantly updating and expanding their repertoire of strategies, concepts and instruments in order to lead their organizations responsibly and successfully into the future.
Danube Business School's MBA complements a state-of-the-art general management education with function-, industry- or topic-specific specializations. These can be chosen from a wide range of expertise from different departments of the university, so that the MBA program can be designed according to individual continuing education goals.
The MBA programs at Danube Business School are designed according to international standards and offer broad-based, state-of-the-art business management knowledge and know-how, embedded in a strong practical orientation. They are aimed at people in or on their way to management positions who are seeking professional and personal development on a scientific basis. During the course of study, students' professional skills as well as their management and strategic decision-making competencies are further developed and consolidated.
It is possible to enter the certificate program "General Management College" first. The modules completed can be credited in terms of content and financially when entering the MBA program at a later date. It is also possible to complete a specialization first as a certificate program and then later enter the MBA program with content and financial credit.
The program addresses prospective managers who want to acquire current and broad-based management knowledge for a further career step and who want to acquire in-depth knowledge in a selected specific topic, function and/or industry context.
